Why am I not receiving any email notifications?


This could be happening for a number of reasons. 


1. Check that the notifications section of your account to make sure you’re using the right email address.

2. Check your spam folder – it could have ended up here. If it’s in spam, move it to your inbox and authorise access so no future emails end up there again.

3. For Gmail users, check your "All Mail" folder.

4. For Yahoo users, it's highly likely that our emails are landing in your spam folder - consider switching to Gmail.


If you’ve tried all these options, contact support@transportexchangegroup.com so we can make sure there’s nothing happening on our end that could be affecting this.
