A member hasn’t paid me and isn't answering my calls or emails. Can you help me resolve this?


We take this very seriously and will do everything in our power to help you settle your payment.

Firstly, we encourage you to contact this member on your own, but if you suspect foul play and need us to intervene, please email complaints@courierexchange.co.uk and we’ll investigate on your behalf.

Before submitting a complaint, please take read our complaints procedure. 

If they are not responding to our emails or calls, we have the right to suspend or revoke their account until they respond. This usually gets the member’s attention when they can no longer access the platform.
