Why am I missing payments for loads I've completed?


The first thing you should do is to check the member's payment terms.

This can vary from between 7 - 60 days of invoice.

If you're certain the member has exceeded their window period for payment and you've done everything in your power, you can submit a payment complaint through our platform.

Please read our complaints procedure before submitting a case. 

We strongly advise all our members to resolve these matters on their own to protect future business opportunities. If you've done all of the above and you still haven't received payment, you can submit a formal complaint to complaints@transportexchangegroup.com and we'll do our best to resolve it.
