How do I supervise co-loading?
If you've spoken to the member and arranged this amongst yourselves, there's no need to notify us. We advise that you keep proof of this permission to co-load with an email or a voice recording. This is to protect you against any negative feedback or future complaints.
If you suspect that co-loading was done without your permission, submit a complaint using the specific load in question situated in your diary.
You will need to show us proof that this was done without your consent or the complaint will be dismissed.
