Why hasn't my invoice been paid yet?

 

We understand it can be very frustrating to be waiting on payment, but there can be many valid reasons for a delay. We don't recommend immediately submitting a complaint as you can damage future business relationships. Click here to read our complaints procedure. 

 

Your first step should always be to contact the member directly.

Oftentimes, there is a legitimate explanation for the delay.

 

We have measures in place if a payment is late.

If it's late by more than 10 days past the date on the invoice, you can email our complaints department on complaints@courierexchange.co.uk and we’ll chase down the missing payment on your behalf.
