Can I submit a complaint against Exchange staff?

 

We take complaints against our staff very seriously.

If you feel that you were not treated fairly or appropriately by our customer service team, please submit your complaint in writing to our Customer Service Manager, Matthew Wilson >>> matthew@courierexchange.co.uk 

If you feel that you were not treated fairly or appropriately by a member of our sales team, please submit your complaint in writing to our Head of Sales, Luke Davies >>> luke@transportexchangegroup.com

For all other areas of our company, you will need to speak with a member of our staff and they can instruct you on the next best course of action.
