Can you amend a load for me?

 

This all depends on the load itself. We recommend that you cancel and re-post the load because the smart-matching technology might be affected.

If you would like to go ahead and simply amend it, we recommend that you do this using your own account:

 

1. Log into the CX website and go to your Diary.

2. Find the job with the corresponding load ID and click the 'Edit' button.

3. Amend your booking details.
